About Us
WFRZ-TV is a low power television station, operating on Channel 34. The station is owned and operated by Frazer United Methodist Church of Montgomery, AL.
In addition to broadcasting our own worship services (from our Sanctuary, Contemporary, and Hispanic, WFRZ-TV also broadcasts worship services from several other local churches in the Montgomery area. We also produce a number of programs weekly in our studios, and we televise other locally produced programs on a selective basis. Additionally, WFRZ-TV televises programs from three religious networks. These include Cornerstone, MyFamilyTV,and INSP.
The primary purpose of WFRZ-TV is to honor God in all that we do. As a FCC Licensed television station, we strive to serve the entire community with current programs that encourage healthy living, strong families, and quality of life for everyone.
Meet the Team

John Rogers - Director
After spending most of his adult life in commercial television as a General Manager, John joined the WFRZ-TV team as Ministry Director in December, 2005. He oversees the day-to-day operation of the station, along with coordinating live and taped worship services at Frazer.

Aleta Fountain - TV Producer
Aleta joined the Frazer Television Ministry in its infancy back in 1993. She had joined the Frazer staff in 1991, and with WFRZ about to commence operation, she transferred to the TV Ministry. Aleta is in charge of most of WFRZ’s locally produced programs. She holds a degree in Radio and Television from the University of Montevallo.

Matt Gamble - Video Editor
Matt joined the WFRZ staff in January, 2008. He is charged with keeping current promotional announcements on the station, as well as editing Frazer’s worship services for air, and insertion on the web. Matt also produces WFRZ’s local programs.

Janice Stough - CD/DVD Coordinator
Janice has worked at Frazer for over 19 years meeting the needs of the Frazer tape ministry. When WFRZ started, she moved into the television ministry, again with the primary responsibility of meeting viewer’s needs for CD’s, and DVD’s of previous worship services. She also assists in the production of our local productions.

John Harrison - Engineer
After a long and successful career in engineering at WSFA, the local NBC affiliate, John joined the WFRZ team in 2002. His years of experience has helped WFRZ to keep pace with industry changes, as well as helped the station to maintain the video and audio quality associated with a professional broadcast operation.
